Intro call
A no-strings conversation: what do you want to achieve, where are things stuck? Within half an hour you'll know whether this fits your organisation.
Intake
You fill in an intake form about your data, systems and AI wishes. Takes about fifteen minutes.
Data scan
Our automated scan assesses how usable your data is and produces a data quality score from 0 to 100.
Price indication
Based on the scan and your wishes, you get a personal price indication in the call: a one-off setup plus a monthly fee. No surprises afterwards.
What determines your price?
- How much data there is. A hundred documents take less work than ten thousand.
- What state your data is in. The data scan shows it objectively, with a score from 0 to 100.
- What your AI needs to do. Only answer questions, or also handle email and process documents?
- Which integrations you want. Email and calendar are simpler than a CRM or ERP integration.
The price consists of a one-off setup plus a monthly fee for the plan that fits you. You never pay for something you don't need: the indication is based on your situation, not on an average client that doesn't exist.
