We sign a data processing agreement, minimise which data we use and are transparent about every party that works with your data.

Your data stays yours. You can see what your AI knows, and important decisions are always made by a person, not the AI.
Prepared for incidents
A fully worked-out incident protocol is ready. If something goes wrong with your data, you hear it from us within 24 hours, so you can do what you need to do in time.
Your data can be recovered
We back up every night and keep an encrypted copy with a second provider in a different location. More importantly: we test whether such a backup can actually be restored. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, not a certainty.
Measured against the strictest AI rules
The European AI Act has a heavy category for systems that help decide about people. We assessed whether we fall under it. It turned out to be a borderline case, so we decided to simply follow the strictest requirements anyway.
